📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Support the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales leads.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales team members.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.,Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English is a plus.
