📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the company's accounts receivable, from invoicing to final collection.
• Lead and coordinate the AR team, ensuring efficient and accurate collection of receivables.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the collection process and reduce outstanding receivables.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company's receivables performance.
• Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of receivables.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP/GAAP Indonesia) is a plus.
