Junior Officer - Quality Management (ISO 27001 & SMKI)

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to quality management and compliance. You will work closely with our Quality Assurance team to develop and implement quality improvement plans, conduct internal audits, and ensure that all processes are in compliance with ISO 27001 and SMKI standards. You will also be involved in training and awareness programs to ensure that all employees understand the importance of information security and quality management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement plans.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SMKI standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality management.
• Participate in training and awareness programs to promote information security and quality management best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks related to information security.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality management and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Support the Quality Assurance team in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Information Security, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in quality management or information security.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and SMKI standards.
• Certification in quality management or information security is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
