Cafe Zahra Geprek is looking for a dynamic Deputy Barista / Cashier to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about coffee and customer service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, as well as handling cash transactions and customer inquiries. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages to customers.,Handle cash transactions and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Assist the Barista in managing inventory and restocking supplies.,Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining the coffee equipment.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 lbs.,Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
