📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and brew a variety of high-quality coffee drinks using premium coffee beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers, to ensure optimal performance.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized coffee recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking coffee bean usage, milk supplies, and other consumables.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our coffee offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a professional coffee shop or café setting.
• Proven expertise in brewing and preparing various coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty coffee.
• Familiarity with using espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and build rapport with customers.
