📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounting department, including the hiring, training, and development of accounting staff.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.,Oversee the collection and processing of payroll for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
