📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure cost efficiency.,Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
