As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring that our HR processes are efficient and effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Maintain and update employee records,Administer and enforce company policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies,Support the HR team in any other duties as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
