Easy Moon Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Facilitate employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Handle administrative tasks related to human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Familiarity with recruitment tools and software is a plus.
