📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidate suitability.,Maintain a strong candidate database and follow up with potential hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies.,Provide support to the HR team in administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using HRIS and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills to meet recruitment deadlines.
