Life Nest Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual who can provide technical assistance and support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure.,Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Work with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.,Knowledge of IT security best practices and protocols.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience with IT helpdesk software and tools.Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing technologies.Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
