📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by promoting and selling our products to customers.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.,Assist in the organization of retail events and promotions.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales strategies and customer experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
