📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure that all departments are running efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's growth and success.,Manage and mentor a team of managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor financial performance and ensure that the company is operating within budget.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with the hospitality or retail industry is a plus.
