📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national food service laws.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management is a plus.
