📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities for the company.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic guidance and advice to senior management on tax-related matters.
  • Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings.
  • Mentor and develop junior tax professionals, ensuring that the tax team is well-equipped to handle the challenges of an ever-changing tax landscape.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is well-informed and prepared to adapt to these changes.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax-related activities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, with a proven track record of success in tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex tax-related issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, junior tax professionals, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using tax software and other relevant tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a commitment to excellence.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
