PT Wana Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Development professional to join our team in Canggu. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that support the growth and success of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and design and deliver training programs to address those needs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Work with the HR team to ensure that training programs are integrated with other HR initiatives.,Measure and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and training methodologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs for diverse audiences.
