📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute client-specific campaigns
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients and management on account performance
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of new clients to the account management team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other account management tools
  • Passion for the industry and a keen eye for detail
