Hotel Umar Sembako is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the well-being of our guests.

As a Pharmacist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability and proper distribution of medications to our guests. Your responsibilities will include inventory management, order processing, and providing pharmaceutical advice when needed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage medication inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate.
  • Process medication orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in preparing and dispensing medications to guests.
  • Provide pharmaceutical advice and information to guests and staff.
  • Monitor medication expiration dates and dispose of outdated medications.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's medical team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of pharmacy policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy software and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid pharmacy license and certification.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
