PT Inti Hasta is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Providing regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations is a plus.
