Easy Data Abadi is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
