In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our sales performance by developing and implementing strategies to empower our sales teams with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support our sales teams in achieving their targets.,Create and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams.,Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address gaps in sales performance and processes.,Design and maintain sales tools, templates, and resources to support our sales teams.,Measure and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to drive continuous improvement.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement to drive innovation.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Sales Enablement Leader or similar role in a high-growth technology company.,Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with sales teams and leadership.,Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.,Experience working in the APAC region, with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Fluency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia) is required.
