OMEGA Lestari is looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.,Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and other team members.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
