In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounts payable processes and overseeing our travel and expense management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor management.,Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and service providers.,Oversee the travel and expense management process, including expense reporting, reimbursement processing, and travel policy compliance.,Analyze and monitor accounts payable and travel and expense data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the accounts payable and travel and expense processes.,Provide guidance and support to junior team members, and contribute to the development of best practices and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounts payable and travel and expense management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable and travel and expense management, with a strong track record of success in similar roles.,Proven experience with accounts payable software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Professional certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
