📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their products and experience.,Monitor product quality and inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequate and products meet quality standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Collaborate with other branches and the corporate office to share best practices and ideas.,Attend and participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of the tea industry is a plus.
