📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and portioning.
  • Ensure high-quality food is prepared and served according to recipes and standards.
  • Manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.
  • Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
  • Assist in training and developing junior staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
