📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of express services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents.,Manage and mentor a team of couriers and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of express services with other company operations.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and enhance brand visibility.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior executive role within the logistics or courier industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with logistics software and systems.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
