Berjaya Pharmaceutical is looking for a dedicated and professional Senior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and efficient reception experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks with ease.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate department.,Manage the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing visitor logs, and preparing reports.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors and clients.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with customer service best practices and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
