Design and implement innovative learning solutions that enhance employee skills and knowledge,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their learning needs and deliver tailored solutions,Develop and deliver training programs that align with business objectives and drive performance,Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make data-driven decisions,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members,Partner with HR to ensure learning initiatives are integrated into the overall employee experience,Work with external vendors to source and implement learning technologies and solutions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning solutions,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
