In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe management of inventory, and driving continuous improvement in our logistics processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff, providing training and mentorship as needed.,Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues related to inventory and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
