📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound and inbound calls,Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular follow-ups,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets,Provide excellent customer service and support,Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities,Update and maintain accurate sales records and reports,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge,Adhere to company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field,Proven track record of achieving sales targets,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
