Daily, you will coordinate with property managers, inspect systems, troubleshoot issues, and train junior technicians. You will also have the chance to work on a variety of projects, from routine maintenance to complex repairs, using state-of-the-art tools and software such as HVAC-CAD and AutoCAD.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of HVAC technicians to ensure timely and efficient maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with property managers and clients to schedule maintenance and repair services.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in HVAC maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing a team.
• Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC Design, or similar).
• Familiarity with HVAC-CAD and AutoCAD software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
