📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering operations management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software like MS Project or JIRA.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
