📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including answering machines, phones, and waiting area.
• Process insurance forms, co-pays, and other financial transactions.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Monitor and update appointment schedules using our in-house scheduling software.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bilingual (Indonesian and English) is a plus.
