📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including answering machines, phones, and waiting area.
- Process insurance forms, co-pays, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Monitor and update appointment schedules using our in-house scheduling software.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bilingual (Indonesian and English) is a plus.
