You will be responsible for managing the company's HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing support to the management team. You will also be responsible for maintaining the company's HR records and ensuring that all HR-related tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the company's HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide support to the management team on HR-related matters.
- Maintain the company's HR records and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct HR audits and reviews to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
- Provide training and development opportunities for employees.
- Handle legal matters related to HR, such as contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and legal matters.
- Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
