📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems for hospitality projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure MEP systems meet project requirements and standards.
Use AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks to create detailed drawings and coordinate with various teams.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Prepare and submit technical reports, specifications, and documentation as required.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical input to support decision-making.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance project efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on hospitality projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices.
Valid professional engineering license (preferred but not required).
