📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the cafe, bakery, and workshops, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and develop a team of 15-20 employees, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control.
• Utilize POS systems like QuickBooks or SAP to streamline operations and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our company values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Food Safety and Health Management (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
