Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production facilities.Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety.Monitor production schedules and ensure that all products are manufactured according to specifications.Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and machinery to ensure that they are in good working condition.Develop and implement training programs for production staff to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest production techniques and technologies.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that production is aligned with customer demands.Ensure that all production processes comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
