📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of agribusiness professionals, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation, including human resources, financial resources, and technological resources.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of agribusiness projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and industry partners to expand market reach and drive business growth.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Leverage SAP and ERP systems to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and enhance decision-making processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and sustainability in the agribusiness sector.
• Represent GreenHarvest AgriSolutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agribusiness management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of agribusiness operations, including farming practices, supply chain management, and market trends.
• Proficient in using SAP and ERP systems, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Certification in Agribusiness Management or a related field is a plus.
